Talked to him on the phone and everything seems good. HAvent traded before, just bought and sold. Deal seems good for the both of us but Theres always the feeling that you are going to get jacked. Would should i do? I KNOW I SHOULD TRUST A FELLOW I CLUBBER

I dunno man, I like doing trades/sales locally so I can meet the guy and see the product first hand before I buy. Does this guy have a good trader rating? Does he have a lot of posts on i-club? Since it sounds like a lot of your money (in your rims) is being sent with only someones word and no actual deposit or anything, you have a 50/50 shot of this working out.

If I were you, I'd have some equal deposit on either end through paypal or something from you and from the other party as a sort of security. If he flakes at least you have something.

Good luck whatever you decide.

Being a member has nothing to do with trust. Since no one but the seller can guarantee the condition of the items, that responsibility and ultimately the decision to proceed with the trade is still yours. It's 'buyer beware'.

If you feel uncomfortable dealing with a total stranger, I'd pass on the trade and find someone local to you, if possible.

Best thing to do is find people that can vouch for em. I'm in Hawaii, who are you trading with?

I agree with the deposit, but it should be a 2 way street. Not to be blunt, but why should the guy in Hawaii trust you?

if you are dealing with who i think you are... try his trader rating for example. if we are talking about the same guy--- he also has a very reputable business as well. shoot me a PM and i may offer my opinion of "this guy"-
keep in mind that conditions stated are purely subjective.... like wingless said- buyers beware- character is good. but the condition of the product is another thing... have you guys exchanged pictures yet?
