Yeah..... ditch the AEM .... does nothing 4 ya..... its a turbo. Get yourself an up pipe and downpipe (preferably devorced wastegate DP) ...... if you want to see some gains from an exhaust thats a must. HKS is one of the best.... either the high power or the TI. The single best thing you can do for your car....that gives you major performance gains besides a turbo / Front Mount Intercooler FMIC, injectors.... fuel pump is; engine manganment. ... hands down. Look at EcuTek, UTEC, Accessport and investigate which is the best for your needs and future mods....


And be carfull with the boost controler..... you can do damage if you dont know what your doing.

Do a search for the Air Intake thread its widly debated.... I have the same intake and all it does is throw bank 1 rich cels..... sounds nice tho lets you hear the turbo spool however most people just keep the stock box with a k&n panel filter and remove the silencer ..... doesnt look as nice but at least the car wont throw the cel...at least in my case. CAI are good for cars making major HP....upwards of 300+whp... but presenly im a turbo upgrade away from getting to that point..

Also look into a header.... Borla sells a fairly cheap one that bolts right up and give you 15 to 25 more HP .... definitly noticable. Also an easy cheap no brainer if your starting out and want to increase spool time is the Samco intercooler hoses... they handle heat deflection better than stock and are smoother providing a faster charge.

Also, I moved your thread out of Ongoing Projects for now. Take a look at some of the other threads in the forum for examples of what we're looking for. Lots of tech and specifics about your mods, why you chose them, what you use your car for, etc. There are a couple ways to post pics. One is to use the attachment function. You can find that by clicking the "go advanced" button below the thread, or when you quote another response. The other way is to use image tags. You do that by hosting your pics on another website and linking to them using the vB image code, which looks like this:

[ img]website[/img] but without the space after the first bracket.
