how do i get this damn check engine light to go off.

You can reset the check engine light by disconnecting the negative cable from the battery and pressing on the brake for a minute or so. This will reset your whole computer and will cause gas mileage to be crappy while it relearns.

i got the check engine light to go off witht the code reader but it keeps coming back on.

Well I'd take it to the dealer then. It's trying to tell you something's wrong. Any mods? It should still be under the 3 year warranty.

Could be that gas cap thing. Next time you fill up make sure you tighten the cap till it clicks. If this is the problem, the light'll go off within a tank or two.

thanks. well the light shut off yesterday by itself. i guess the fuel air had to adjust itself. that why it was on but it off now and i've gained 3psi of boost. yeah!
