Help needed
 

Hi, I'm new to this forum, and I hope someone could help me.

I recently bought a '97 Subaru Impreza (from japan) with manual trans, 4 door, with the following denomination: CS Extra.

I know it isn't a cool 2.0 Turbo STi, WRC, just a humble 1.5. I hope some day I can afford one of those babies! :)

I've been looking for some info on this model on the internet but the pages i've found are in japaneese! (I don't undestand a thing cause it isn't my native language).

The car came with no manual, I was wondering if anybody can tell me what are the general specs for this model, thanks!

I live in south america, and here all the 'local' subarus have denominations such as LS or LX... the difference i see with other local subarus is mine says "IMPREZA" on the back of the trunk instead of "SUBARU" and the front emblem isn't the subaru stars but a big "i". It also have nice front and rear spoilers.

hey welcome to the group. sorry but i don't have any of the info you are looking for.

You could try asking over at the Scoobynet since they get the same cars. That or use the yahoo Australia or NZ search engine to find something.
