i did before i got my cf trunk.. not too hard, takes some serious scrubbing. if your car is newer, it will be a lot easier due to the adhesive hardening. you will need a heat gun/hair dryer, goo gone, fishing wire/floss(floss doesnt work as well but still will do the job), and a lot of scrubbing.

first you need to let the goo gone sit on the badges for a while (5-10 min) then heat it until you can almost wiggle the emblems with your fingers. then take the fishing wire and cut the badges off.. you need to then scrub the rest of the adhesive off of your trunk. use goo gone and heat here too it will make things a million times easier.

a really good link

Yes it's easy, but easier if your car is newer. I since I have a 02 WRX the adhesive was more stubborn. I used a heating gun to heat up the area and the badge so the adhesive starts melting then I used 10 pound fishing line to put under the badges and slowly pulled it off. I finished using 3M adhesive remover let it sit for a bit used a soft towel and wiped the remaining gunk off. Pretty simple if you ask me the newer models I'm sure the adhesive is still fresh so you can just pull it off with the help of a heat gun easy.

Also if your car is older expect some ghost marks left on wherever you debaged.

waxing after helps as well. one of my friends brought his into a shop and they used a some wheel (cant remember the name) to get the adhesive off of his 02. and it was stuck on there. i dont think they even charged him because it only took like 30 seconds lol
