Can someone pls tell me why I aint getting email notification!!!

I've selected all the right options but i STILL DONT GET email notifications on msgs posted on my subscribed threads!! help!

I disabled that feature for now. Trying to prevent the little server we have from chocking.

I thought I was doing something wrong. I was used to getting 85 new messages a day and it went down to 2 or 3. heheh
