u just need to know what to say and not give the whole truth if u want to win the "any rear enders is the giving drivers fault". sometimes if your too honest u will take it up the butt and maybe the guy that rear ended you gave a better response who knows.

but yes, also what you say makes or breaks your fate. awhile i ago i was involved in an incident where i was going through shock and wasnt thinking right. i just wanted to get everyone to the hospital. so i told the copper exactly what happened....WRONG move. granted telling the truth is always the best with LEOs, but sometimes a skewed truth will be in your favor, either in a big amount or small have i mentioned the law sucks? lol

I guess what frustrates me most about all this is that there isn't a majority opinion or anything. I hate how I'm involved in some complicated scenario. It actually bugs the **** out of me. I'm a cut and dry kinda person
