Hey Im 16 years old and am ready for my first project car(im thinking of Rally Crossing it). I bought this car a couple weeks ago and im earning money for parts for it so far im thinking of getting: Rims(Motegi MR7), Intake(Wepon R), Exhaust(borla Headers and Cat-Back). If there is any thing else i should get first please help.

Those sound like 3 good things to start with to me. The tire/wheel upgrade should improve handling but one other thing you might add to the list would be a larger rear ASB or a strut tower brace.

If you're rally crossing, i'd chose something better than Mr-7s, some good 14" or 15" lightweight rims with dirt tires are what you're going to need. The Mr-7s for the road would be okay, but Motegi rims are heavy and overpriced, look up ADR rims on e-bay, they're much cheaper brand new than motegis. Look up 15" ADR C-PRO rims for your rally cross needs, they're lightweight and very inexpensive. If you don't have emissions do a full 2 1/4" straight pipe from the header back, get a cheap turbo muffler from autozone, not a glass-packed straight through muffler, those will be far too loud with a straight pipe and will burn out quickly. A turbo muffler would last practically forever. Also, from what i've heard with RallyX you're going to be in the same class as WRXs and EVOs, you might want to check out the rules a bit before you get into it and start building your car for it. And lastly, Good luck!

dont buy weapon-r, the filter element is the cheapest on the market, and *may* cause damage to your maf sensor(if so equipped, im not sure if you have maf or map) an intake in general isnt very useful for subarus, as their intake system works well left alone. a snorkelectomy will yeild just as much power as an intake.
headers will give you more feel down low and a little boost up high. a new cat section will yield the most power(see:random tech).
i have the borla headers and borla catback, very nice sound adn noticable power gains as seen from the tremendously accurate butt-dyno
