hmmm, normally I would say you cant, but this is intruging. Anybody know if these actually work?

i say go for it because it is so cheap you have nothing to lose. just make sure that it doesnt take off any safety features of the engine because sometimes that can lead to a lot of damage.

any other opinions?

Not enough quantifiable data in this advert to make me spend the money. Unless I know exactly what it does and how it does it I wouldn't touch it. IMHO of course.

if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.... and if it sounds too good to be true, and controls the ecu, which if anything goes wrong can screw up the engine and the whole car basically, than i say stay the hell away from it unless you're positive it works... trial and error is not always a good option.

I've heard that these parts are just fuel dumps. It pushes it the mixture to rich. This can cause some problems- with the emissions controls. The only real way to get more power is to get more air into the engine (the fuel is the easy part). But they can make these claims, beacause who'd return it? And people might just believe they have more power. I mean, who would spend money for dyno tuning to verify the operation of a 10 dollar part?
