Wow! What a difference those tricks make. I just tinkered with my deck and instantly noticed a difference, especially with the Through Mode feature. A huge increase in bass response to my sub from the radio (FM/AM).

Great find Esxtreme!!

Tried it with mine and it sounds great only thing that didn't work was the Loud mode

Tried loud mode as well and couldn't get it to work either. Through mode worked nicely.

same here. This is a must do for anyone with stock head unit. Totally different sound!

I have my car for 6 years and had no idea, my husband gets his Subaru 4 mths ago and learns this trick. I am blowned away on what a differents it made.
