Just want to make sure I'm reading this right... (kind of confusing).

Currently on the car, 16" wheels with TPMS. I've got 18" wheels and separate tires. I want to put the 18"s on the car with TPMS and keep the 16" wheels and tires as a spare set.

That's going to be $160?

Remove TPMS from 16" wheels - $40
Mount balance 18" wheels - $80
Car will be on the lift since ill want to arrive on 16" and leave on 18" - $40

This is also assuming I bring in the new set of valve stems (Subaru TPMS stems aren't reusable and most shops don't stock them).

Yes. But you still need to at least partially remove the tire to get to it and sometimes you still want keep the tire on the wheel that the sensor is coming off of.

$40 - Put CAR on/off Lift & Take wheels Out and Put Back on
$40 - Remove TPMS from OEM wheels and Put in New Rubber Valve Stem (FREE)
$80 - Mount + Balance New Tires on Wheels + Install TPMS Sensor
$160 Total

You would need to get Subaru 08+WRX OEM TPMS Valve Stem. We sell them for $30 or you can buy from dealer which is part number 281915A000.
