Scammed from Florida... Need assistance
 

Hello,

This will be the third forum I have written this on so I will keep it brief:

I posted a WTB thread on NASIOC. Dude by the name of Ryan Diego (aka Stionrye) PMd me about an APS intercooler with Y-pipe. Agreed to pay what he wanted and after multiple texts, phone calls, and emails I finally agreed to pay the way he wanted to (Moneygram).

Before you point the finger at me remember there are 4 pointing back at you :P

I KNOW!!!! Kind of a stupid move. However, he played the game very well:

Banks at a Police Federal credit union

said relatives were all military (like me)

so on and so fourth... he built a good rapport with me not going to lie.

Paid on November 16th said it would ship next day. Txt him the 18th... he said he was on a fishing trip and his receptionist should have sent it... okay cool. Txt him the evening of the 21st... nothing. I have not received any notification from him on ANYTHING! He will not return calls, emails, PMs, smoke signals... you name it he is dodging it. Called him today and the phone rang 2 times and in the middle of the third time it went to voicemail. In my experience... that usually indicates someone ignored the call.

Regardless, you sell something you need to keep that person posted. If it shipped dont just drop the dime. I was wondering if anyone knows a Ryan Diego. I have done as much investigation and intel packaging as I can on this guy. Resides in Miami. I have cell phone and (supposed) home address. Has sprint and his reception and service sucks... Supposedly drives an STI or recently got out of one. Brother is into tracking his car just as much as he is. Says he was originally from Jersey area. Sold or still has an APS intercooler with Y pipe or is still trying to sell same to benefit off people's ignorance.

NOT TODAY! Already reported to IC3 and is being forwarded to several internet crimes and fraud investigators in the FBI. Just want to see if I can come across some acquaintances and see if they can make him do the right thing. I dont want the intercooler anymore... I just want my money returned to me. If anyone knows him please pressure him into doing the right thing. I would hate for him to get slapped with a felony over an intercooler.

Enough dead horse beating... I have additional information in necessary. Please be wary of this individual, forward the info as needed, and always ALWAYS C-Y-A!!! Any info would be much appreciated.
