New Road Course in FL
 

We open the track July 19th 08, we have the Viper Club the Saturday and our MSCC on Sunday.We have NASA events, motorclubs, time trials, satilitte driving schools (cars & bikes) and HPDE already booked also vehicle launches, brochure shoots and a TV reality show. We have bookings into 2009 already.

Also our own motor sport country club is taking 24 track days a year, plus we will be putting two events on of our own, Oct 23 - 26 Fall Festival of Speed, Historic cars and bikes, concourse, 2 mile timed sprint, races, exhibitions, corals, rally event and vendors row. On Jan 1 - 3 we are having a 8hr endurance race 50 cars tin tops only.

Tracks are.
Bradford Course just under 2 miles. Can be 12 to 16 turns depending on layout.
Keystone Course 1.2miles.10 turns.
Hampton course 7/8th mile. 6 or 8 turns, depends if it is cars or bikes.

Curbing, concrete barriers will be started in 4 weeks and steel barrier in 6 weeks.

New paved access road to be started next month (June), finished by Aug, this will give us a paved road from SR 100 to our gate (7/10th mile). This is being done by the county for the airport.

Concessions seats 80 people under cover.

Track classroom building has two classrooms with baths that seat 50 people each (100) and has our medical room in it also.

Paddock hold 600 cars.
Permanant male / female bathrooms with showers, two blocks, one in each paddock.
Track shop.
Fuel station on site (July 08).
16 RV sites with power (June 08).
24 garages available (Sept 2008).
