Ala. Region SCCA HPX Track Day 4/15/06 at Barber Motorsports Park
 

The Alabama Region SCCA is putting on a High Performance Driving Experience (HPX) on saturday, April 15th, 2006 at Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, Ala. [url]http://www.barbermotorsports.com/map.html[/url]
You do not have to be a SCCA member. Novices are welcome. There will be three run groups with advanced and instructors pretty much having open passing. The cost will be $250 with late registration of $275 (two weeks before the event. we want early birds).

Barbers is a technical track with good elevation changes and turns that link with each other. The track surface is also easy on the tires. We will be charging instructors a very small fee of $50 (track rental is premium there) which is a great deal for the venue.
