I went yesterday -
I drove a STi for about 20min at the BFG Ride & Drive
Garrett is developing a turbo kit for the WRX, IIRC 280hp, but the turbo can flow up to 400hp. One of the engineers said it may retail for "about 2k" and it will include a reflash & "supporting modifications" (like maybe a downpipe). According to the material the unit is a GT28RS, but that is the 'Disco Potato' turbo & the engineer said that the WRX turbo has a different housing & compressor wheel...
Advan is importing the 048 in 18in sizes (225/40 is one of the 3 sizes).
VOLK HAS MORE NEW WHEELS!!!
Stromung is developing a 3in exhaust possibly with a test pipe and/or a high flow cat.
Rota was there - there are new royale versions of the Circuit 8 & their knockoff TE-37 (I guess that makes it a LE-37 knockoff).
Ro_ja is making a wheel w/ RAYS that looks just like the gramlights 2pc forged wheel. Why, I don't know...
I saw Dr. Madrid & the girl from his shop - they're television celebrities now!
Steph Papadakis & RJ DeVera were there as well.
