Car Info: STI Limited SWP

FS: in SoCal Advan RG II's in gold 18x7.5 w/tires

Got a set of RG II's in gold wrapped with Michelin Pilot sports 225/40/18. Offset of the wheels are +48 5 x 100. Will fit WRX only. I think the 04' STI also not sure though. 1 rim does have a tiny chip, but other than that there fine. Been on car for only 5 days. Practically new. Asking $1600.

I think only +45 offset will fit the STi in this rim size

So, the offset on these wheels wont fit the '04 STi? I thought +48 was ideal for the STi?? They are only 7.5" wide, same as stock, why wouldnt these fit?
