Meguiar's. If Meguiar's Deep Crystal System (all 3 steps) won't take off the haze, swirls, dirt, stains or gunk and leave it shining, then it needs repainting.

let me know when you're gonna do it.. i'd like to observe the techniques of applying the sand paper on the rough paint without scratching the surroundings

soak the paper with water and slowly apply.. ive seen some people use car wash soap as a lubricant

have you done that yet though? I need to see to believe.. in such operation. and yes.. my car is pretty bad already.. but no need to further the rest of the body's paint. -_-
