as far as everybody leaving on friday we should set up 2 groups (the early and late group) to caravan up there, unless you all want to just leave at once. i'm leaning towards a suite so we can all cram in there and split the hotel costs. we need to be on track at 8AM and will end about 4PM.

camping chair
ice cooler full of water and soda.

I've got room in my car.. And I have some extra camping chairs (i think) that i can bring. Does anyjuan have a canaopy(sp), we will be fryin and will burn to a crisp in that sun.

franco do you have a extra canaopy that we can borrow ? maybe from wescly?

i'll be bringing a easy up for us to use but its tiny like 10' x 10'

i'll try to jam some stuff into jerry's car.. since he lives close by .. so we can get all the stuff packed on friday after work..
