what do u mean by legal consenting age?? do u mean like sex wise?? in thats the case its 16 same with drivers licence and smoking and drinkin are the national aver. yet most kids in my high school do it anyway...scool just got out for the summer and the last day of school i knew of at least 10 parties and what all drugs were gonna be there...its just a matter of preference there are hick parties wit just beer then there are the rest of the parties that have a wide variety of drugs...i like to just chill at my house and puff on my hookah, Medusa, wit a couple of friends
