Need to move

Hey guys.. Need to move out of my current living situation by the end of may. If you guys know of a room for rent (for myself) Or a condo, or a house for rent (for me and the mrs...) could you please give me a heads up. My landlord is bumping rent for my roomates and I from 1700 to 2k. I'm thinking its mainly to get us out. I don't blame him considering what my roomates did to the place.

Anyway, some info on my living habits. I'm a tiddy person, I have no pets (nor do I mind pets), I'm not rowdy (last thing I want to do when I get home from work is to cause a rukus (sp)), i'm always willing to help around the house as I appreciate a clean living enviorment, and the mrs. is me times like a 1000. I'm currently paying 400+utilities for my room, and I would want to stay around there. Moving in with the little lady is just an option, because the rent for a house/condo is substantially higher. We also wouldn't mind renting out a master or something to that nature (she actually has her own room that she rents but its the size of my closet.).

I know that there are a lot of sites like Rent.com, or Apartments.com etc... However, they get really pricey when you want to have access to a washer or dryer that doesn't require hanging out with a bum sleeping next to the dryers, and coins... If I were to find place han solo I would really like to pay between 400-550, or if were to go into this with the mrs, we would like to be around 600-1100. We would like to stay around chino hills,DB,Walnut and no further than Hacienda/Rowland area because we work in montclair and as of now, it takes me 7 mins max to get to work.

If you guys hear or see anything like that while cruising around town, please send info my way. I would really appreciate it if you guys would keep an eye out if you can, I need all the help I can get, as time is not on my side. If you don't see anything or do not have the time, no biggie, I would never ask anyone to go out of there way..

Thanks...

In Hacienda there are aparments with washer/dryers inside the unit and covered parking spaces. rent a month is around 900-1050 I think. Charles and Sandy live there together.

For the amount of money you can afford for rent it will be very difficult finding a place around your area. I could recommend my parents house in chino hills, but the draw back is they're crazy *****, more than me and they party every weekend.

i liked the apartment that i lived in in claremont, but i dunno if it meets your criteria. the washer/dryer were in a locked room. plus i think all units get a one car garage (i did w/ my studio)! there's a security guard on site all the time. i always felt safe there living by myself. it's a bit far from everything, but close to your work.

i was paying $905/mo for a good sized studio. i think they re-labled it as a 1 bedroom and they bumped up the price to $1100 or 1200?

dunno if that helped, but good luck!

it was right across the street from the colleges (harvey mudd was the one closest). there are like 7 more colleges in that mega-block. pretty good eats around there, but not really any asian places.

it was called brighton park. i found it on rentdotcom 909-621-0744 their addy is: 1415 morton circle, claremont, ca. rentdotcom may have $100 thing if you go through them? i think i forgot to claim mine
