hey guys whats up? im thinkin about buying a wrx that has a lot of modifications...turbo, fmic, exhuast, ecu, fuel pump, injectors, etc...ive been around the boards for a while, but I havent found the right car/right price until now.

is there a good place around LA to get the car inspected? I want somebody that has a lot of experience with modified subaru's to drive it, give their impressions/advice, get it compression tested, etc...I was thinking ESX, but sigma pi suggested aeroism, or to just bring it by a meet

Im not sure if the car is making the power it should be with all those mods, but it is running really rich (can running too rich be bad?). Also, another thing that bothered me was that he had an HKS BOV on there that blows off a lot, even under 3k (I think as low as 2k)...should that be happening?? (Hes got a link ECU, so trouble with the MAF, from what ive read, shouldnt be a problem with the BOV)

the BOV will make it run rich. i have had that one. rich is better than lean anyday. aerosim is a drive for your proabably or maybe even suby specialties they are off the 60 by the 605. they do awsome work and might be closer. they have a banner on top of this forum http://www.subyspecialties.com/
