With mom, where the rent is cheap. I pay $400/mo for a huge room, sometimes free food and unlimited utilities.

But before that, i lived in the Deerfield apartments in Irvine. I had a one-bedroom, and covered parking in a safe neighborhood. It was $1450/mo for 800 sq ft.

 

at home. where the rent is free. someone tried to break in here one night, and at that time it was just my mom and sister, so i moved back home

his dad owned the house and i knew him since the 8th grade

i moved back home to take care of my mom when she got breast cancer

 

When I rented I paid about 1500 for a three bedroom here in Napa, but that was a few years ago. My brother rents a four bedroom in Vacaville for about 1500.

2550 for a 4 bedroom 3 bath. Three of my friends and I share expenses, it usually is no more than $750/month for each person.

$905/mo for a studio when i was in claremont. it had a garage though

~$300/mo (food expenses) now for staying at my sister's in richmond.

 

i found a 4bed 3 bath house with 3car garage and pool. for 2000 a month. hopefully i can move in there asap with 3 other friends

 

My mortgage for my condo is 1790 +220 for hoa.
