how much do you pay for rent
so yeah...my roommates are douchebags and i want to move out. plus im graduating soon. where do ya live, and how much do you pay?
With mom, where the rent is cheap. I pay $400/mo for a huge room, sometimes free food and unlimited utilities.
But before that, i lived in the Deerfield apartments in Irvine. I had a one-bedroom, and covered parking in a safe neighborhood. It was $1450/mo for 800 sq ft.

i paid 300 a month for my own room
his dad owned the house and i knew him since the 8th grade
i moved back home to take care of my mom when she got breast cancer
When I rented I paid about 1500 for a three bedroom here in Napa, but that was a few years ago. My brother rents a four bedroom in Vacaville for about 1500.
*****edit***** I'm ignorant and didn't realize you were talking about so-cal. I have no clue about rentals there.

^^^ Correct! Home Owners Assoc.
Either that, or he means Pho Hoa
Anyway, depends on where you want to move to Ian.. Honestly, unless it's really ghetto, or practically out in the sticks. It's going to be hard finding a 1 bdrm for less than 900+
