Well, we dropped off both vehicles at the doctor's office today. I am waiting for the diagnosis at this time....Keeping my fingers crossed.

 

just buy one super car if you dont get either back

so what if they are 16. sue the parents, bet they cosigned on the insurance. that will teach them a lesson, dont let your kids drive or at least dont cosign the insurance.

 

werd by law the parents are responsible for them until they are 18.

so my point is still valid. she may not have been driving but she was involved. since shes a minor her parents take on the responsibility of repaying the damages. as for the guy, if she was smart, shed give him up and make him pay as well.

Unfortunately, the police are currently investigating this as a hit-and-run since the statement the girl gave was that she was a passenger. The police report will not be available for another week or so. The police do have a name of the guy. They will release that info in the police report.

We are still waiting to see who the car is registered to and to see if they gave the people permission to use the car. If they did, then they are liable and we can go after their insurance. So many unknowns....
