well if you searched before you bought the BOV you would of found out that BOV's actually hinder the performance
they make you run rich, bog, stall, etc.

take it off and go back to stock
you want more BOV noise....do the intake silencer removal mod and get an intake

i dont know much about the Apex unit but there is an adjustment screw on the HKS. if the apex one has it try adjusting it to be a little harder/softer it may take a few tries but that should do it.

This link seems as though it is for a 2000 impreza.
Any thoughts on whether it will work for a 2004 WRX?

how can it you make the bov NOT mess with the ecu?
i mean your apex bov is venting 100% boost into the atmosphere.
the only way to NOT mess with the ecu A/F ratio is too NOT put on this bov, or any 50/50,100% atmospheric bov.

stick with your stock bypass valve for best performance as mentioned before.
but if you cant live without the PHhhhhhhsssssssssstttTTT.
then by all means go with what you want.....goodluck.

The typing hurts my eyes and I find the username to be offensive (seriously, imagine if someone had the SN Afrika-N*g STi?).
The BOV is harming performance.
What else is new in the world of i-Club?

*Pssst! RupeDawgPSU! Those instructions are for all GDA models of WRX! *
