I have an Audi S4 and right now Im running aftermarket BPVs. I want to try out BOV cause I think they will work great with my water injection setup. Im not sure what BOV to get, Im considering HKS, Greddy and Turbo XS.

Wanted to know what you WRX guys think cause I know you guys run them.

Turbo-xs is really loud, I had it and got rid of it cause it was to loud.... But the product was good..

 

Well Im not getting them for the sound, i just want them to work right.

Do they stay closed at idle?

 

the TXS one gave me a CEL, but i put some washers in it and it was good..I would not recommend it though....

 

Why not? Whats wrong with them?

 

just my personal opinion, I think I just like the quiter one. Also when it gave me a CEL, even though it was an easy fix it kinda left a bad taste in my mouth. I traded one of my friends for his GFB and he loves the TXS one. Its just my opinion you know.. Opinions are like a-holes--everybodys got them.....

yeah its nothing comparied to the rfl that was the loudest thing I ever heard it was so loud my dog was scared to ride in my car. The GFB is good, it is very quiet at low rpms but at high rpms you know its there also if u run it 50-50 its just as quiet as stock...
