I used a mocal thermostatic sandwich adapter and mounted a 13 fin cooler inside fender. The electrical wire you see is a ground wire for a tornado pc fan that sucks the heat away from the cooler . . .there is a switch in the cabin for the fan.

I seen a guy with his Oil Cooler mounted to the hoodscoop...of course he had a FMIC as well so he put the hood scoop back to work.

I believe the picture is turn 2 at Laguna Seca. And the oil cooler bolts to part of the frame inside the passenger front fender well. The two holes are there for the oil lines but you may have to drill the holes for the mounting screws.
