New posts not showing up?

When I hit the "new posts" tab up top, it brings me to the list of newly posted in threads. I see my most recent FS thread has a post from someone. I click the thread and no responses appear. Refresh, nothing. Ctrl + F5, nothing.

This also happened to me a week or so ago.

Happens in both Chrome and Firefox. Also tried on Chrome in Android.

Hey,

Is that the 'Thule Snowboard/Ski rack' thread? If so it's now showing the reply on my desktop. Are you still getting the same error? Thanks.

Bob

I see what you're talking about. That's weird.

The post does show in the user's post history though.

The thread also doesn't update as being read for me. The title is still bold in the new posts list.

I'm on chrome.

Just tried again in both Chrome and FF.

Still not showing up in either.

The 'New Posts' link is confusing as it only shows posts you have not viewed. Because you created the thread you have viewed your OP. Does that makes sense as what you are seeing?

I know that "new posts" only show threads that have been posted in since my last visit/refresh.

Even when I view my for sale thread (and still cannot see the replay from yesterday morning), then click "new posts", the for sale thread still shows up as not being viewed.

Well as of 8:11 am, things seem to be working fine.

I can now view the response from yesterday and the thread gets marked as read after hitting "new posts".

I really dislike that.

I made a bookmark for do=getdaily instead of do=getnew. Daily shows all threads. unread are bold, read are regular.

I do the same thing :lol:

I guess I fixed it. :)
