So... yes with used parts is always a lottery. But if the face is clean in original finish, and the backside lip is clean, you probably can safely say it's okay, but I do hear ya, most used wheels on eBay most likly were never test by the seller themselves, and do look chewed up, while being on the higher end of the price range. But let's face reality, you are looking for one specific wheel. I'm sure you already know "beggars can't be choosers," good luck.
And FYI i didn't see any refurbished, just used, unless that's what you really were looking for, near new or brand new, in that case, again, good luck, I tried.
