its been a while

 

Havnt been there since Feb!

 

We've been kind of skipping the Madison in-n-out meets lately... Haven't felt particularly safe there a couple of times.

Also just remembered I'm going to Sonoma for work on Thursday so I doubt I'll be there anyway.

I hear Chris on this one - I like In-n-Out, but that location skeeves me out these days, there has been too much weird ****. I never relax, I'm always borderline stressed waiting for dumb **** to happen. Wife is even more ardent than me - it's the one place she won't go anymore.

 

I dunno, I find the tweakers and crackheads really amusing/entertaining. When the cops bust someone in front of you it's like watching "cops". dinner and a show

I hear you - I do. 10 years ago, I thought it was funny, it's usually harmless, etc. Chicken, you live to troll people (plates on the civic, etc.) As i get older (**** sucks) I get more risk-averse and I don't like putting myself in situations where I know that stupid people are going to be doing stupid **** in and around the people I care about - I just don't relax the way I used to. Same thing with running around with a massively illegal car - 10 years ago, I don't give a ****, give me a ticket, it's only money. Now I'm like "but I don't have that in the budget and I don't want to deal with court or a jumpy cop on a bad day or or or...". Like I said, fuddy old man - whatever

Zero judgment regarding my homies who find humor in the shenanigans, that place has given us many stories (daywalkers, the TreeMaster™, etc) - I'm not gonna win the battle with the wife who would rather not be around there, and I have very low motivation when every other place we go is chill and I like hanging out . Love you all - just tends to be one of the meets I'll miss, especially if we have other stuff going on.

You are not the only one, i think with every day there is more and more stupid people. Now that i have a kid, im fully aware of everything and everyone around me.

 

Main thing with that one is the parking.

That lot is TINY. We used to park at the upper businesses when they closed, but I think there are different shops there now that stay open later
