Hey what's up everyone!

It looks like a lot has changed since I owed my last STi in 2009. Lots of threads look like they were posted quite a while ago. Are people still on here pretty regularly?

Who is still around from 2006-2009? What's everyone up to these days?

I just bought my 5th and 6th Subaru's about a month and a half ago. First 2017 WRX blew its motor at 73 miles. SOA bought it back and HOOKED me up. I got another 2017 CWP WRX with $1k more in options, 7 yr/100k mile warranty and 3 yrs of maintenance covered by SOA about 2 weeks later. Will be pretty mild compared to previous STis I've owned. Will update my project thread as I go.

So, needless to say that I'll be around more regularly again! Glad to be back and hope you are all doing well.

Have the forums slowed down quite a bit? Seems like there aren't nearly as many ppl actively on here as in the past?

 

Forums have been dead last year or so.

The SRIC page has the most activity. They still do daily threads. They are all weirdos though so I try to stay out of their treads.

I hate that Facebook took over the community. That group is awful. I also feel bad for never logging in here anymore as that makes me part of the problem.
Can we make I-club great again?

 

I won't blame FB, I will say kids, work, getting a house, a truck, [insert excuse] has also had an effect.

That and honest laziness to show up for anything. Heeheehee

 

p.s. Someone get the man a couple vinyl stickers so he can increase his hp output by 20.
