i was looking at the works wheels website and you specs +38 offset and 18"x9.5" shows its only available in 5x114.

Yep, they are 5x100, they're one of the 20 or 30 sets made some time last year in this size, offset, and bolt pattern

can you tell me what tire width can fit these. i don't want too wide(maybe 275 at most).

i want to be able to tuck the tires in my fenders. i also rolled the rears. what would be the smallest width to fit these......

 

I think people have stretched 235's on these, I'd probably go 255 just to be on the safe side.
