hi everyone,
i need your help, i have a openport 2.0 cable and need couple of wrx/sti's to test the logging on it. for some reason my logging just cuts out above 4.5k rpm's so i need another suby to test if its my ecu or the cable.
THIS WILL NOT MODIFY ANY THING, NOR HURT ANY THING,IT JUST READS YOUR ECU AND DISPLAY'S THE PARAMETER ON MY LAPTOP.
i've already tested out another laptop and it did the same thing so i want to log another suby with my laptop and cable and see if it does it to you also.
so if your in gilroy,morgan hill, and san jose area hit me up if you can help the Romraider community out, i want to be able to test as many wrx/sti's as possible. i dont care if its stock or modify to hell, but just not access ports, i cant log you guys or test it out on it.

Why would you have to test as many as you can if you're just testing the cable? Sorry sounds fishy to me but welcome to i-club.

if i was reading this and not posting this i agree with you, it do sound fishy. but im not selling/trading anything, just need about 30min's of your time and a pull.
im not driving your vehicle, just in the passanger seat with my laptop staring at the data screen.
i just want as many as possible because every car is different even tho its the same year,make,and model.
and as of right now, the only other car i get to test this out is my sister's and thats in may.

reason for posting here is im in the bay area.
im not a scammer/fraud i like to keep my reputation good as one day i might open my own shop.
so please if you can give me a hand on this, hit me up.

rofl, thanks for the laugh man. i needed that today after court for a speeding ticket and i cant go to traffic school cuz its more than 25mph over the speed limit.
yeah i hear you on that about safty and understand how skeptical this is since it was my first post.
