that would be the few remaining financial institutions. this does not help anyone, all it does is allow for consolidation of wealth and financial assets among the largest banks. which is what caused this problem in the first place.

Yeah, this seems to be what I've been worried about.

Especially with JP Morgan Chase buying up seemingly every bank that's faltering.
