yeah... there isn't really a plan B yet... Nothing is set in stone yet... I'm still gathering information...
As far as the raffle goes... I was planning on including a ticket with admission... I could however create a separate table where you would buy your raffle tickets... and then the general admission would go down a little...
I am considering an entrance fee because there will be lots of activities... we do have to pay to rent the location... and I want to have some kind of food there... possible pizza because it would be hella cheap.
and depending on how much the vendors end up paying will determine the pricing for admission... if I can get lots of vendors and they are willing to throw down some decent cash... you would only need to pay for parking.

No caravans, and we won't have issues.
Oh, and you guys should just simple pass through union city instead on Alvarado-Niles if you want minimal exposure in Fremont.
Besides Rossetti is typically confined to the auto mall area.

Please move the start of the meet to 10:30am.
Parking is NOT reserved for us, so it's best that we show up early to get spots in the closest picnic areas.
I'll have more info for you Jourdan once I get in touch with the special event lady and see what that's all about.

how iron'd out do you have this?
Honestly, if you want mad spots someone is gonna have to get there by 9am and start doing it up.
You guys gonna meet up to talk details?

The thing this year is NO CARAVANS
This will keep traffic (and cops) to a minimum.Yeah I'm sure we'll be meeting up soon enough, or at least Jourdan will be with other folks to hash things out.
I've book, and paid for the site. Just need to find out if I need to turn in a "Special Event" permit as well and what that entails exactly. I got Alcohol permits, so we are set there for those folks who want beer/wine.
