Looking for a stock 08 STI..

Anyone got a stock 08 STI that they are looking to get a little more power from? We are looking for one to conduct a couple of tests with.

If anyone is interested please email mike.warfield@gstmotorsports.com

Bump anyone?

We dyno'd a stock 08 WRX yesterday and all I can say is wow at how rich it ran and how much it knocked prior to switching out of closed loop, I hope the STI's don't run this rich. I will post the graphs up shortly.

Is that significantly richer than previous year stock wrx's? The switchover delay has been present since 04. Did you happen to log it to see where the IAM is... maybe its on the high det fuel map?

Yup I am aware of the switch over delays dating back to MY04 anything turbo other than STI's.

06-07 WRX's run high 10's tapering to mid to low typically certainly not mid 9's that is more like a MSP3 map. This AFR chart is actually from the leanest run of 3.

IAM was at 1 for all 3 runs.

Wow thats bad!!! Even worse than the 07's were. Looks like subarus factory tunes continue to become worse.

Here's an 06 WRX vs 08 WRX, I picked the richest baselines of both.
