TF2 console commands have been changed from DOD:S. There are still multiple versions, but they all look different now.
The one I use is net_graph 1. You can use net_graph 2 or 3, then 0 to turn it off. I'd like to average 100fps, right now I get about 25-30, and while it's playable, it's not as smooth as it could be.
Oh, and, all my bike **** is dirty, so weight lifting + TF2 is the winner.
