Any word on whether or not these V2's will work on JDM ECUs????

 

I was informed the AP v2 "may" work with the JDM ecu's so we can FINALLY have AVCS operational We are very excited about this since we sell a large amount of JDM motors. Currently we can only EcuTek the cars for our customers. We should know for sure once Jan 2007 rolls around. Sounds pretty plausible after speaking with some of the COBB guys at SEMA. Our fingers are crossed.

Our spots are filling up quickly, at this rate we will be sold out next week.

I take it this version of the AP won't work for a '00 RS? Do you know if Cobb is planning to release one soon?

I do not believe so at this time The RS na motor is a bit on its own. I believe the main reason is it is hard to make power using an NA via ECU. I.E. we see 3-6 hp on other NA cars (subaru and non subaru) using chips. The money is a bit hard to justify for this power gain.
