Thanks man! My SN is the same across of all of the boards and your right, that's about the time when I started posting on MR2OC. Your duece was tight. Love the black top and the supra wheels. Come to think of it, I saw your car on craigslist a while back. I even emailed you about the fitment of the supra wheels. I wanted to do the supra wheels myself yet ended up with a really good deal on the work equips.

yeah i still will miss ragingbull sti's, partially b/c my cgm 05 is gone as well now. 
I remember seeing you in canyons and being like, ******* that **** is sick.
i think you need to save for a rs swapped sti get a suby back in there............
where the hell do you keep your rides?

Su's great and awesome and Josh at Chicoraceworks.com built mine.
Be ready to spend a bit of money getting things perfect.
But....when they are done... damn they are fun spring/summer/fall cars. Aka- nice days without rain hahahah.

X5 problems? Where do I start LOL...j/k
. One thing you really have to accept about owning bimmers is the inherent electrical issues. That goes with all of them across the board. Here is what I have had so far yet most covered under warranty. That is key by the way, make sure you get a warranty.1. Rear hatch latch faulty
2. Heater/AC fan blower faulty
3. Battery dead at 62K
4. Passenger side mirror motor faulty
5. Instrument Cluster replaced due to dead pixels
6. Both front axels busted, replaced under warranty
7. Oil level sensor faulty
8. Brakes pads replaced on all 4, rotors replaced on fronts only - no warranty
9. Inspection II performed last month
Again, luckily I have the CPO warranty good until 100K. Or else, all of that above could have costed me well over 10K in the 1.8 years we've owned it. Even after all of the kinks and finnikey electrical...we still love that car to death

They are fun cars no doubt. One of the funnest cars I've owned...I could never push myself to get rid of it, knowing I would kick myself in the *** eternally for it

Yeah I really am starting to miss the STi...I find myself looking at the pictures almost everyday hahaha. Slow04wrx, you sold the rex? Yeah, I'll never forget how loud your exhaust was that day..being able to hear your almost a good 10 minutes in the canyon...not to mention the screaching tires lol. My girl was all like, damn that guy is driving crazy hahahha.
Definitely an RS STi swap is in the options....and even a bugeye but not anytime soon

Yeah finding a turbo one in good condition (motor/turbo wise) is not gonna be cheap...and parts are definitely getting harder to obtain. Su and Josh are awesome...very knowledgable guys!

...rain + MR2 = VERY SCAREY . I had a taste of that last year. Did a 180 on oncoming traffic after making a right turn at a reasonable speed. Boy did I learn my lesson
