It's mad JDM yo. All the JDM cars in JDM land has that on their car, you mean you don't have one??
Just playing, it's a metal tab I got from a friend in Hawaii. Since they all have to place their registration stickers on the bumper itself, some have purchased these riveted metal tabs to place the sticker on, so they wouldn't ruin the finish their bumper. I use it for my parking permit for work.

Nothin special, just got the Enkei ES Tarmacs I've been eyeing for awhile. Almost the same design as the GAB's I had on my Honda....love the timeless design.
I fail at photoshop, don't mind the white spots. I'll post more pics once I paint the Prodrive Lip, and the sideskirts.

That was me that you saw, I remember you from a few days ago...it's not hard to remember fellow Subie owners, especially there are so few of us out in the East County. Are you in Brentwood as well? We should get together sometimes.
