Hrmm, I don't think that it does. lol. I just used it as the humorous title to a post that I made referring to a dent in my bumper. It is actually a line from a very funny show, and from one of the funniest characters on that show. He is very underrated, but displays a very deep thinking comedic side.
Unless this was used before I came around, and I just fortutiously used it as well. haha.
