1) it was great seeing the gang and JQQ last night :)
2) took a day off today to finally try to get at least 7 hours of sleep. it was/is a success and I feel better than I have in weeks
3) this coffee is delicious
4) the boys are going on 4 hours of sleep this morning, so we are turning a new chapter
