ok so me and Sonicsuby are going.. who else wants to go to the last run of the year ??

It's about 15 minutes from Ikes. With traffic.

You basically go up Sunrise past Ikes (like you were going to the old s2), hang a right on 16, hang a right on Excelsior, turn right in to the track (usually gate 3) and you're there.

Sucky thing about the cold weather is that most girls won't come out with their guys so the track slut count is way down, but there's still a few :D

So what time do the runs begin again?
I'm getting out at 5

It wasn't too bad. I've definitely seen it busier. Last week they weren't doing brackets, only fun runs, tomorrow will probably be the same. They'll probably get fog and shut down tomorrow night at some point too, so we'll see. Last week we got in two runs, probably would have gotten 3 if not for the power problems they had.

sweet, and it is the day before a big holiday, so hopefully most people will be else where ;)

Yeah, but it IS the last run of the year. I wouldn't be surprised to see it fairly busy. Still, I'd be there if I could.

and finally, when I got a decent launch off the line

14.276 @ 98.788

My fastest run was a 14.5 and I had a 2.160 ft with a .082 R/T. I think that's as fast as my car is going to be in its current form. I don't want to abuse it more than I already am just to get a few extra tenths out of it.

Thanks, guys :) No ALK. All the car has is STi pink springs, COBB ECU (stg 1) and Shivnu I/C hoses.

The launch could've been a little better, but I'm afraid to really thrash on the car and I'd rather go a little slower and drive home as opposed to go for a rockin time but have to get towed home ;)
