Not my info but my in-laws from Illinois.
They stole a package off our doorstep on Christmas Eve that contained a Target gift card, a personal check from my in-laws, and a family heirloom from my wife's great grandmother.
We're almost certain the two pictured know it's stolen property because there's 1.30 remaining on the card they have not used. We hope they do use the remaining balance with a credit card. Not to mention who buys food with a gift card? They know to use as much of the balance as they can in one shot.
