Actually I'd say he's on the trailing edge. I've known about 'canadian' for about five years now and it was obviously around before that.

Whether or not it was a canadian doing the purchasing its probably a safe bet the goods went to canada

Especially considering the girth of the offenders & the vehicle in which they traveled, and its a short drive to the canadian capital from there (center & mack)
