Ugh. There are few things more aggravating than having to repeat yourself in successive emails.

First email regarding a stakeholder contacting us about referenced appendices not included in a PDF on our website:
"Please have the appropriate staff determine where the indicated references are found. Once they know, I can work with them to get this linked in the checklist."

My response:
"[staff] is in contact with the licensee to address their request and get them a copy of the appendices they need. [Our Unit] is working to update that particular guidance. The appendices referenced in the [that document] appear to be the same as the ones referenced in the [another document], just not attached."

Response to that email:
"Please contact the individual to provide the appendices he is asking about. Thanks."

My response to second email:
"[staff] is in contact with the licensee to address their request and get them a copy of the appendices they need."

Literally copied and pasted the first sentence of my response.
