This particular piece of property is mostly a shopping mall with some open party areas in the center. People generally go to places that have other people so places like these set up camp areas. you stand around doing nothing and get paid some tiny amount per unit of time. This makes the place look more popular thus drawing more crowds to shop and spend money that inturn makes it easier to rent out shop space to vendors in the mall.

OK. Flying in this sim is also disabled. I reenabled it on my client. I would just float there camping earning money. Not sitting at my computer. This is the part that is not allowed. Most people hang out for a little bit (20-60 minutes) then leave with L$5-12. I made L$500.

Yes it can be traded for real money but that's only like $2 worth.
