Now in the next week or so once I get them on. I'll have added a rear-sway, endlinks, license plate relocated, short shifter and bushings and I added the front-lip last week. Fianlly actually adding things to the car
So what you're saying is, the car was basically stock till now

I've already done the massive turbo route... will... not... again

Vladi 03-05-2013 04:28 PM

The trick is, you gotta make it work.

Otherwise it sucks.

But I know what you mean. Tuned a 35r evo and 20g sti recently:

The evo pulls away at high speeds, but I'd choose the STi to daily drive each and every time.
Lowend torque is delicious

Mine did 11's . Power was never the issue, it was the fact the car lived in shops

Vladi 03-06-2013 06:31 AM

I get it. You make power/go fast, you break stuff.

Though a well equipped/well maintained evo/sti will stay in the low 400's whp without too many issues and run 11's for years if done right.

You owned yours way back in the day before we had cool stuff like e85, ev14 injectors, ball bearing/billet wheeled turbos, Etc readily available though, it was a bit more difficult to make and maintain proper power back then.
