Help! Front grill is debadged!

Hey so I finally got a new subie after my other one was totalled. Its an 05 silver WRX but it is completely debadged, including the front grill. I really want to get either the pink Subaru 5 star emblem or the pink "i" emblem. Would i be able to stick a new emblem right on the grill or would i need to get a new emblem holder, if thats possible? or would i just need to get an entire new grill with stock emblem and then replace it? Does anyone know what i should do? Thanks for the help in advance!

also would anyone know where i could buy a pink emblem? Thank you!

The new emblem should come with adhesive on the back.

They are kind of expensive from Wheeldude, but unfortunately I'm drawing a blank on other Subaru vendors. (SE and GST don't have them listed, and LIC doesn't have their parts online yet).

so it will stick directly onto the grill without any type of holder?

Oooh, I get it, they removed the piece that the badge sits on too, huh?

You might have to order that specific piece from the dealership or a shop that has a source for OEM parts.

The easiest route is to just live with it how it is. After a few days you wont even notice it. And you have a Subaru anyways, so people are only going to see the back side

Then go for an aftermarket grill, there are some cool ones for the 04/05's.

It's the moulding the badge sits on that is gone too.

Common mod on the 04/05's, but not reversible; the center section gets cut out and you use body filler on the bottom to fill the gap (I've got this setup on a second grill for my car). A stock badge will not stick to the mesh, the back of the OEM badges are concave.

Put up a trade thread in the classifieds, I bet someone would be happy to get a clean badgeless grill for their stock WRX or STi grill (same part, the STi grill just has a badge on it).
