Fender Rolling Sacramento

Who's everyone been using lately? Looking to roll my 2016 STI fenders.

Doesn't DetailManiac do it?

This is one of those jobs that you want a proper pro to do. Paint cracks are no laughing matter

Nope, Detail Manias does not do that.

Yea, i think fender rolling falls outside the scope of work for DM. There has to be a body shop around here that's reputable. Little sketch letting Mr. Craigslist work on the STI.

It's honestly not hard to do it yourself. I've done it many times. The key is heat and time. But I would never wanna do it again lol, or touch anyone else's fenders.

Why do you even need a roll though? going that stanced lyfe? lol
an sti can easily take a LOT of wheel and tire without even touching the fenders

18x9.5 38+ 265/35/18. Want to roll for peace of mind, even though this fitment should fit fine. I'm going to be getting RPF1's which require a small spacer to clear brembos so want to not have any issues.

Plus Ben, who sits behind me at work just got the same exact size above and he is wanting security too.

totally off topic, but please do yourself a giant favor and get proper/hub centric spacers. and longer studs.

last 3-4 cars (one of them on rpf's too) with spacers that came here had severe balance issues from using janky cheap spacers, and with only 3-4 threads engaged on the lugs, which is just plain dangerous.

I'm actually replacing the studs on that car now because I don't want the guy to die.

Already ahead of you. Did the same on the wagon. ARP Studs and good 10mm Hubcentric spacers

Not sure if he still does it, but I found this guy on CL and he has been around--some Evo guys and some Honda guys referred him. He has a wheel and fender shop in Fremont, but lives (at least, he used to) up here in Sacramento and did the work in his garage for me: Alex Rodoni 408-807-9812.

*edit: Did a quick search for "Rodoni" on here and more than a few threads came up.

Ha, cant. Just had back surgery. Plus tires are balder than vin diesel's head.

Could've left it at the back, tires are no excuse here
