I never saw the movie, but if Ice is jumping bikes in it, it might have something to do with the fact that he's actually suposed to be a pretty good moto-x rider.

Best Vanilla Ice moment: when Mtv had him on some "retire the video" special where they were showing bad vids for the last time, and he went beserk in the studio w/ a baseball bat and busted the place up after they showed Ice Ice Baby. lol

 

It was a ghey wheelie that somehow turned into hopping a fence on a sport bike. maybe there was a ramp but I don't rmemeber anymore.
